Some clients can commit to 20 minutes, 3-4 days a week, while others may have the flexibility to dedicate 45 minutes, 5 days a week. The key is consistency, and we’ll work together to determine what’s realistic and sustainable for you based on your goals and personal circumstances. What matters most is your commitment to the process, and we’ll fine-tune your plan during your initial consultation to make sure it fits seamlessly into your life.

  • We take a holistic approach to ensure genuine, lasting results. Our programs are designed to address your entire body, creating personalised strategies that work for you. We don’t just give you exercises—we dive deep into education, empowering you with the knowledge to understand the purpose behind every movement and how it contributes to your recovery.   • Yes, we can provide receipts after your 1:1 consultations for you to claim online.

  • Yes. We happily accept medicare referrals for the Pelvis Floor Reset Program. We do not bulk bill under care plans and you are still required to pay in full for the program and rebates will be processed by us for you.
