    Don’t know where to start with exercise after having a baby?

    We’ll focus on the first steps — reconnecting your core and pelvic floor, restoring your strength, and rebuilding your confidence from the ground up.

    This is for you if you are:

    - 6+ weeks to 5 years postpartum

    - Recovering from a Vaginal or C-section delivery

    - Navigating prolapse, incontinence or core weakness

    - Ready to move again, but not sure where to start.

    8 Week Menopause Strength Program (10:30am 3rd Feb 2026 – 24th Mar 2026)

    Feeling unsure how to exercise safely during menopause?

    We’ll start with the fundamentals — reconnecting your pelvic floor and deep core, gradually building strength, improving balance, and supporting your overall wellbeing. Each session combines gentle, evidence-based exercise with bite-sized education to help you feel confident, strong, and supported.

    This is for you if you are:

    - 40+ and navigating peri-menopause, menopause, or post-menopause

    - Experiencing changes in muscle, bone, or core strength

    - Managing stress, fatigue, or menopause-related symptoms

    - Ready to move safely, build strength, and feel empowered
